The recent rate of decay is alarmingly rapid with wash-over at the end of Hither Creek becoming a common occurrence.

Measures must be put in place to protect the end of Madaket Road. What was done last Spring have been ineffective.

I am deeply concerned about the erosion of Madaket Beach and potentially, the Hither Creek Shore. I previously owned a house on Macy Road, but sold it because of the threatening erosion. I now own a house on
Washington Ave, which, could be in jeopardy if the erosion is allowed to progress.
