Rescind the Cadillac health care benefits for part time Trustees

I don't get any benifits after i retire and i am a professional. These people want to live off of us taxpayers forever on some loophole they voted in for themselves for a few years of part time service.

I do not want my tax dollars paying for lifetime benefits for past, present or future employees

This is not fair and not what the voters would want! I will be heading to the polls in November to vote these people OUT!

Unbelievable! How are people so selfish. Political positions I thought were to represent the people not for financial gain. How can it be legal for the board to vote for something pretaining to them.

I think this is awfully greedy!!

I worked 180 days for 33 years to get my benefits and paid 4% of my salary in addition to what was set aside by my employer. This should not have happened.

I am a Macomb township resident. "The money should go to public safety and getting sidewalks completed on all main road before another person gets killed like that teen girl walking to school 2 years ago because of no sidewalks.

This is wrong. The trustees should give this benefit back.

All the tax payers expect is fairness. Stop being the problem and start being the solution!

Trustees should be limited to 5 year terms max. This is not supposed to be a money making opportunity for such part time work. It's supposed to be done out of civic duty and a desire to help the community you live in.

We can afford this, but not a real fire department?

You should have to work 40 hours a week for this kind of perk.
