Maccas Jumps

Let us keep the jumps. They are great fun and we aren’t destroying any trees in the process. We have also dug our holes as mallow as possible so people can’t fall in them. We are all wearing protective gear so there should be no OHS problem with them and if u say there is a risk injuring yourself on the jumps there is also a risk of me tripping up a curb tomorrow and breaking my neck so risk and safety shouldn’t be a concern also its public land not private and there is more of a chance of someone injuring themselves pushing a trolley into the supermarket then falling in one of our 6 inch holes that is sitting in a unused field that nobody has been to in the past 200 years except for those people walking their pet fish. So I think u should stop wasting other people money on destroying it on the jumps that are giving us a fun childhood and work on something like making the roads safer and save lives instead of ruining them thanks :)

Council is gay if they don't leave the jumps alone

Absolutely ridiculous that you are keeping kids from being outside, off electronics and having a bit of old school fun. Shame on you..

Please let boys be boys for the short time they have as boys. Don't take their fun and exercise away from them. They are better doing this than on the streets or on phones or ipads

Dirt jumps are radical let em stay

I support the boys having the jumps. Its constructive and fun for them and does not impact anyone else.

Adults are the first to say Kids Spend To Much Time On Electronic Device’s!! Encourage an active lifestyle! Leave the jumps!!

I think the maccas Jumps are amazing because u can hang out and people work hard into making them and then they just get destroyed

Don’t destroy the jumps it’s better for kids doing something active and not play on there phones and xbox/ps4’s

We are the rate payers who pay for the works done by the council around town. Has the council ever asked us rate payers if we want these and other jumps knocked down??? WE DON’T you FLOGS!

100% save the jumps and all the other jumps these active kids have built around Mornington/Mt Martha it keeps them busy and outdoors rather than playing on Xbox’s/PlayStation’s. They enjoy building them and hanging with their mates, they get the fresh air & the fitness they need whilst doing something they love. Why take that away from them! SAVE THE JUMPS....

Definitely keep these jumps. It gets our kids out and about and being active! Be proactive!!
