Margaret Atwood at Hebrew University
On May 9, Margaret Atwood, whose work has been published in over thirty-five countries, and is the author of more than forty books of fiction, poetry, and critical essays, will be accepting the Dan David Prize at Tel Aviv University.
It would be a huge honor, as well as an opportunity, for students at Hebrew University to get a chance to hear one of the most respected and acclaimed contemporary writers come speak in person. Although Ms. Atwood's schedule is very crowded, perhaps we, as students, might have a chance at bringing her to Jerusalem if we can show enough real interest. If you would like to see that happen, please sign this petition with your name, ID number, and/or address. Please do NOT sign anonymously as we need to show that this is a list of Hebrew University students. Your ID number will Not be visible to the public after signing.
Thank you in advance.
