I see zero advantage to restricting parameters in visualizer applications. I have a show that requires almost 10,000 parameters, yet I can’t do any advance pre vis without renting or purchasing the console and NPU’s to do it. Even onPC with nodes I’m restricted to 4096 parameters. This isn’t even about upwelling, so why? Just why???

I use Depence 2 and it should be possible to give them access to use unlimited parameter for visual sessions please

i finally got a full version of the capture software but now need a console to use it with my MA2 on PC

Many other consoles have provided this allowing output of sACN/Artnet in a visualiser mode (or simply when channel licenses are not present) by way of a periodic (every 5 -10mins) quick blackout of the output. This allows users to program as many universes on a visualiser as they see fit. Sending 0's to all channels on an output on a visualizer is not and issue and can even be ok to test a full rig, say from a laptop onstage prior to the full FOH setup of NPUS/ consoles etc being setup.
Please support this. It's one of the reasons I choose my vista over MA on many shows, because I can program the whole show, no matter how big on my single laptop in the visualiser of my choice.

I am using LIGHTCONVERSE 3D visualizer together with grandMA 1, 2 and 3 soon, from 13 years. Please do not restrict our choice of 3D visualizer to MA3D only. We invested so much time and money, which cannot be lost.
