I heard stories about the roads. I saw proof also. Bad accidents are a regular occurrence.

The truck drivers on the M7 have become increasingly reckless and dangerous. The increased volumes of trucks combined with the lack of safety for other vehicles has put all our residents who use the M7 at risk and have also caused the loss of many lives. Furthermore we as residents have to suffer the consequences of damages to our vehicles due to the damaged road surfaces, and I have personally been pushed off the road on several occasions by these truck drivers causing damage to my vehicle. We need immediate and urgent action.

This is a very concerning issue, especially during peak hours in the mornings and evenings. I have decided to avoid the M7 and take alternate, longer routes to work. This not only affects me physically, leaving me restless after a long drive, but also has financial implications.

This is years over due.
M7 must be declared/proclaimed a National Road and put under the ownership/jurisdiction of SANRAL.
DoT KZN have neither the capacity nor the will to maintain this route

The M7 is increasingly getting worse! The road has potholes and in some areas the tar is coming off! Can the trucks get a lane deducted to them only? Thank you

Road infrastructure is very poor. Pot holes, verges not cut, debris on road surface and along the road, motorists speeding.

M7 has become a death trap. The relevant authorities must do a study of this section of road. There's no visible traffic officers to monitor reckless driving and lawlessness.

Accidents are occurring daily. Condition of the M7 has deteriorated badly, especially M7 west bound after the N2 bridge.
