Get a truck lane for trucks only. Make it slightly bigger then standard road size.

We are tired of seeing the death toll rising daily. Cameras need to be put in at regular intervals in both directions and the truck stop has to be mandatory and manned 24/7 365.

We need dividers on the M7 all the way. We lost a dear friend when she was hit head on as she was turning into Winston Churchill Drive due to a bakkie losing control in the oncoming lane. If there where dividers, she would be alive today. There is also the fact of the lawless behaviour by trucking operators and their drivers on the M7 going all the way from Pinetown to the Bluff container depots.

We nearly lost our lives at the robot just before you turn onto the N2 North the truck came right through both robots that had turned in our favour without even trying to stop

Take the trucks of the road from 6-8 am and in the afternoon 4-6pm

The amount of trucks that use the M7 alongside other motorists is large. The amount of deaths caused my trucks. The issue is its the owners who pay drivers on terrible metrics and then do not keep trucks at the best condition possible. The next issue is transporters get drivers who lack experience and exploit the desperation some face. The owners need to be held to a higher standard.

I drive on the M7 daily. Trucks are driving wreckles. I fear my own life every time that I have to drive on the M7. Please can Metro be on the road more often

I travel the M7 daily and have had many close calls with the negligent truck drivers on this roadway. From ignoring the robots at the N2 intersection and driving straight through to ignoring the stop sign for trucks under the Bellville bridge and then battling to slow down halfway down the M7 as a result

More traffic cops on the M7 to fine the trucks who do not stop at the compulsory stop
