Every year, Simon Fraser University presents the Staff Achievement Awards to recognize SFU staff who have demonstrated outstanding achievement within the university. There are 9 categories one of which is the, "Student Service Award" which is what I would like to nominate Lynn for. The blurb for this award says that a nominee: "Enhances the University’s ability to meet their Employee/Student needs in an efficient and professional manner by going the “extra mile” and anticipating and proactively meeting their expectations."
