This park when opened looked fantastic and was welcomed. In a very short time it is worn down and hardly used by the community due to small issues which could be rectified easily.

I feel the park is a disgrace. I have slipped with my newborn baby in the mud as the green areas are slippery due to the drainage issues.. There is no fencing or gates so I feel it is unsafe for younger children. The toddler area does not have much for them to do and some of the equipment is inaccessible due to all the water underneath them. We hardly went to the park during the winter as it was so muddy and slippery. It's a shame that it is made to such cheap standard as lots of families would love to have a local park they could use all year round.

The park is so water logged it needs play park rubber mating on the ground for better access.
