As a longtime member and past director of Las Vegas Realtors, I am deeply concerned by the continued lack of transparency, the manipulation of bylaws, and the concentrated effort to control critical assets like the MLS. These actions undermine the trust of our membership and threaten the future integrity of our association. I support accountability, transparency, and the rightful representation of our members.

Cancel the Zoom meeting and have an in person. Apparently the membership is NOT AWARE that the Board of Directors write their own bylaws - guidelines. A new concept in doing business is needed within this board. I am a broker and with this board 49+ YEARS. I think this membership definitely needs some transparency. You need to cancel the Zoom.

With all the changes in the local, state and with NAR , membership discussion in an open public meeting is needed.

As a member of nearly 48 years, I am concerned that such major changes are being considered without a thorough public discussion in an open public meeting.

They have taken a hammer to our bylaws with no understanding of building leadership. I am a past president from 1991 with 10 years serving on the Board. This is wrong on so many levels. We are a member driven organization.
