Let us use our connections and diaspora communities to bring industries to Kisumu, Siaya, Home Bay and Migori Let us improve fish cage farming, indoor fish farming and get ways of turning lake Victoria waters into instrument of generating improved agricultural yields. A people with food may go for extended warfare with little worry. A hungry people will send their wives to the enemies to beg for food and lose their wives leaving them helpless
