Dear LucasArts
We  the Star Wars fans of the world are thirsty for a dedicated flight simulation game set in the Expanded Universe. Upon release Tie Fighter was a marvelous storyline blended with great cockpit action. Using characters from the fledgling expanded universe such as Thrawn and creating new ones such as Admiral Zaarin the game gave us a unique view into the Star Wars universe from the other side of the equation.

With the technology that is available now LucasArts could easily remake the original or make a completely new Tie Fighter game to run on modern systems and consoles. Hopefully  via this petition and my twitter campaign awareness can be raised to the point where this is seen as a viable project.
