Hi there. I been paying for sewage service for 2 years now but I am not connected to city sewage. I have a septic tank. If you are in this same predicament then please sign this petition and we will see about getting our money back from the Lafollette Utility Board and may I add that I don't appreciate how they have embraced the fact that they have a monopoly on the services that they provide here in Campbell County by over charging and cutting off the electric on people who have kids that can't survive in the winter without heat.
