I think it's time EVERYONE reduces their carbon footprint and everyone should be eco-friendly. Some people do not go ecofriendly either because they do not have the facilities to do so or it is just being lazy. I think recycling should be more rewarding so I think if you recycle every week, you should get rewarded. E.G. Someone should write down the house numbers every so often that are doing it and their house bills should be reduced. If you agree with me, please sign. We need roughly 20'000 signatures to be heard so please sign. Also, after you have signed, your signiture  will be counted but the site will ask you for a donation. just click the back arrow to go back as it is not our donation.

I have been reading through the comments and seeing so many houses in our community struggling to access proper recycling bins. It is frustrating to see people want to participate but get held back by a lack of simple equipment.

Seeing this grow makes me feel like my neighbors actually care about our future. It is a relief to know that I am not the only one frustrated by the lack of local support for green habits.

TOTAL NO BRAINER. carbon footprint is a real issue and the council is asleep at the wheel.

YES! reward the people who actually care. sick of seeing my neighbors dump plastic in the wrong bin every week.

About time someone suggested this. People will actually bother if there is some incentive like bill discounts. make it happen!

Honestly the laziness in this neighborhood is shocking. Half the people just throw everything in the regular trash. We need to do better.

its so hard to recycle when the council barely gives us any bins to start with. we need bigger bins and more collections.

Great idea. recycling centers are way too far away for people without cars. bring the facilities to us.
