The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services has requested Public Comment on its Advanced Notice of Proposed Rulemaking to Create a requirement of Medicare Set-Asides in all injury lawsuits. Your signature of this petition is an agreement with the LRS Public Comment that LMSAs are unworkable and will cause great harm to the legal field. Your signature also acknowledges our argument that the proposed rules would shift the burden of paying both future and past medicals to Medicare.
