If you have been affected by the appointment of LPA (Law of Property Act) Receivers, I urge you to sign this petition. The use of this part of the law must be changed to prevent the devastating affect it is having on individuals and their businesses. There is a Private Members Bill entitled the Secured Lending Reform Bill which is due for a second reading in Parliament in March and this aims to curtail the activities of LPA Recievers but as so many such bills eventually fail to become law, we must do anything that we can to make all concerned aware of what is happening.
