We, the occupants of the PY building on the Loyola campus, request that all current
renovations to a courtyard window be completed by May 4th, as per the announced
schedule, and that the scaffolding be removed as soon as possible after completion of the
work.
We also request that all the debris left in the courtyard since 2010 be removed by
May 30th, 2017 so that the courtyard could be accessible to us during the summer of 2017.
All office windows overlooking the courtyard should also be cleaned by that date.
We deserve, as well as our visitors, a healthy working environment.

Offices in PY have been overshadowed by scaffolding for over a year. It's dark, and the windows are dirty. This work should be completed quickly.
Only recently looked out on courtyard and thought ' what a shame ' - it could be an oasis of calm to sit and ponder - but not in its current state.
The courtyard has been a mess and unusable for far too long. Especially since there is rarely anyone at work there!

This is not a professional environment for patients participating in our treatment studies.
