I know Richard on a deep, personal level. Deep. Let's just say what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas. There is no better Voice Actor in existence that's referenced by this petition unless you consider Laura Bailey but she's not in this petition so we won't consider her.

I have never purchased a single borderlands game and scorn those who do. However, I will reverse this policy if AND ONLY IF Lowtax is allowed to do a voice in it.

I have heard his mouth make voices and those voices belong in Borderlands 3. Anything else is inferior.
