Lowry Community Master Association (LCMA) is proposing a huge HOA dues increase… from the current $54/qtr to $96/qtr for residents that live on alleys…that’s us! Considering this will affect all of you directly ($$$), I wanted to pass on the info as I understand it so you have a chance to voice your opinion and oppose if this is your wish.

As many of you have already expressed, it's not clear where the money is going or has gone in previous years. Our park maintenance and landscape is mediocre at best and our alleys are practically untouched.

Please speak up! We need to show that the homeowners oppose in order to prevent this enormous hike in HOA/alley dues.
