Lowry Community Master Association (LCMA) is proposing a huge HOA dues increase… from the current $54/qtr to $96/qtr for residents that live on alleys…that’s us! Considering this will affect all of you directly ($$$), I wanted to pass on the info as I understand it so you have a chance to voice your opinion and oppose if this is your wish.
As many of you have already expressed, it's not clear where the money is going or has gone in previous years. Our park maintenance and landscape is mediocre at best and our alleys are practically untouched.

I have been reviewing the detailed feedback many of you provided regarding the lack of transparency in our current maintenance budget. I am now drafting a formal request to the association board to demand a comprehensive breakdown of these proposed expenditures.

No way am I paying almost double for nothing. Fix the actual problems first.
Ridiculous. We already pay enough for subpar maintenance. Enough is enough.
The alleys are a complete mess and they have the nerve to ask for more money? Fix the pot holes before even thinking about raising rates.
STOP THE HIKE.
79% increase is absolutely insane. where is all our money going because it sure isnt going into the alley repairs I see everyday.

Totally unfair. My budget cannot handle another hike like this when the landscaping looks like garbage.
