This is a petition to change Metro zones and reduce ticket prices as follows:
Travelling to:
10 stops or less = 1 zone - £1.50 daysaver or £1 single
11-20 stops= 2 zones - £2 daysaver or £1.50 single
21+ stops = 3 zones - £3 daysaver or £2 single
11-20 stops= 2 zones - £2 daysaver or £1.50 single
21+ stops = 3 zones - £3 daysaver or £2 single
£3.50 to travel on Metro and ferry and/or bus
Child prices = £1 daysaver or 50p single
Weekly pass for travel on Metro, bus and ferry: 1 zone £9, 2 zone £12, 3 zone £18
Monthly pass for travel on Metro, bus and ferry: 1 zone £36, 2 zone £48,
Weekly pass for travel on Metro, bus and ferry: 1 zone £9, 2 zone £12, 3 zone £18
Monthly pass for travel on Metro, bus and ferry: 1 zone £36, 2 zone £48,
3 zone £72
Yearly pass for travel on Metro, bus and ferry: 1 zone £430, 2 zone £550, 3 zone £800
Student prices remain the same
Family tickets, price of 2 adult daysavers and 1 child daysaver for whichever zone you’re travelling to for travel with up to 3 children
We also want to abolish peak time prices and allow older people to use their pass before 10:00am when travelling to/from work
