If a majority of the residents agree, we can have the limit set at 25MPH and a sign posted at the entrance.
This has been done on many other streets in Webster, so it's easy to do. Please indicate your support by signing this petition, and we'll present it to the Town for approval and action.
23 Houses would be half the street, so that's our target.

We have reached the threshold required to trigger a formal review by the town council. I am currently finalizing the presentation packet to submit to the Department of Public Works for their official assessment of the traffic patterns on Sundance Trail.

Completely agree that people are driving way to fast down Sundace and putting children at risk.
People drive way too fast on Sundance, especially at the entrance and around the bend. It is often dangerous.
Kids at play would be great too !!

Cars fly down sundance all the time. Need to slow them down before someone gets hit by a car.
