It was far too hard, I revised for months and am now terribly scared I will have to retake in November or June to atleast get a B. Why? Why would Edexcel do this. None of the other past papers from last year to 2012 were this hard

It was increasingly difficult as you worked through the exam. Some felt like they were impossible to do

I usually get B's in math but considering the difficulty of this years paper compared to last I'm pretty sure I'll get a c which isn't enough for my sixth form placement.

The maths paper was ridiculously hard in comparison to the past years ones and thus Edexcel must and should lower the grade boundaries

This paper compared to ALL the other past papers was extremely hard. Therefore I really am desperate for the grade boundaries to fall. I am speaking on behalf of all my friends who have also say for the exam.

GSCE Maths should be optional as everyone wont work in a job line where they use {X=36 what's the value of X}
