Did you know it took a team of bankers 2 hours to solve the Hannah sweets question? ridiculous

It is so mean that the exam board would do this to me. Despite my continuous hard work I struggled with the paper due to how ridiculously hard the questions were

Please lower the grade boundaries... Its not fair as there was a question that wasnt meant to be in the GCSE paper but in the A level maths paper... Thanks

There are parts to that higher paper which are A-level standard. We are not taught to A-level standard and in colleges where you can take GCSEs as a part time evening course, you are just taught the first part of the paper, just enough so students can scrape a grade C. We are not taught to aim higher but taught enough just to get by, which has immediately set us students up for failure as we are not, nor have we ever been taught to A-level standard.

Too hard for the students as they have not been thought half of the things which came on the paper

It's appalling how difficult Edecxel makes this year's tests. The previous ones from the previous years were of GCSE standard, whereas I, along with thousands of others, felt that the tests this year were of A-level standard. I need an A* for Higher Maths next year, which I could have achieved in any of the past papers, but I think Edexcel have succeeded in ruining my chances for the future. Thanks Edexcel - great job. We suggest you lower the boundaries significantly please.

To hard for GCSES its a joke

I have been targeted an A in maths, and have been consistent when achieving an A or higher in mock exams. This exam has ruined my chances of getting this A and will result in a lack of progression over my whole 5 years of mathematic education.
