To Whom It May Concern
Personally, i think it's quite unfair how edexcel can give such a hard exam to students. i have been doing a lot of past papersand generally the questions are usually similar throughout the papers but today, the style was completely different, A level questions were asked. On behalf of everyoe i would like to ask edexcel if they could kindly lower the grade boundries by a significant amount and ask the examiners marking the papers to be more lenient.

Ofqual reviewed the Edexcel higher-tier paper in May and said that it was too difficult for what GCSE students have been studying. They asked Edexcel to review the paper, however the revised version of the paper wouldn't be ready until the end of June. So, we've been left with this incredibly tough paper that wasn't consistent. This is appalling and disappointing. I just hope the examiner is kind and the grade boundaries are lowered.

Its upsetting to find that due to an incredibly harsh exam paper many young people aren't going to be able to get accepted into the courses they wish to study in the future. I think the one possible reason for people getting below a B grade on this paper is simply due to the exam board being extremely harsh and unfair on us this year. Edexel youre not rated

The questions in this exam were harder than questions in all the past papers. The wording of the questions made it difficult for people to figure out how to answer them.

I was one of the students who took this extended maths exam today i revised so much for this i found the first few easy but struggled on the rest of the paper
