Lower The Grade Boundaries For Edexcel Paper 1H Non-Calculator (04/06/15) & Edexcel Paper 2H Calculator (08/06/15)Exam

Please make the grade boundaries lower :( This non cal exam was extremely hard. I used to do foundation so it took me months and months to work hard. Finally now when i understand maths, this paper kind of puts me down..

I have done all past papers from 2010 and I always get 60-70marks but yesterday, a maths teacher marked the paper and I'm pretty sure I only gained about 54 marks. I actually cried because I love maths and it is my best topic so I spent hours per week, going into saturdays and half terms to make sure I get my A so I can do this in college. However, not only did I find this paper 10x difficult compared to the past papers, I am extremely confused because I thought that this papers have varied ability questions in it ( C grade questions , A grade questions) and it felt to me that this paper had hardly any standard questions compared to what they normally have. I understand how the grade boundaries work and that they are decided after all the papers have been marked and not before hand qnd that if many people score low then the grade boundaries will low but I believe this paper should not only drop grade boundaries just a little bit, but by a chunk load! Otherwise so many will fail. Thank-you.

Usually there is estimation questions but this time there where completely different questions how where we suppose to answer them if they are different to what we are taught

Need to be lowered, not fair for Any students needing a B in maths for future courses will struggle

i was expecting to get an A/B in maths. now i think I'd get a c. And that's if the calculator paper isn't as hard

I felt it was hard & grade boundaries should be lowered...it was unfair

Unless its around 25-30 marks for a C, i failed. Grade boundaries should be lowered, some of those questions were unfair for non calculator papers

I hope the grade boundries are lower than the amount of money he gave to charity

I found this really really hard!
