The most common topics weren't even on the exam, it was ridiculous! In mock exams I've done I've achieved grade A's but this was definitely the hardest maths exam I've ever done and its a shame it was the real exam. The grade boundaries need to be lowered, for the student's sakes.

This paper was extremely difficult and some questions made no sense. The usual past papers did not have the same questions this paper did such as vectors and simultaneous equations.

Dear edexcel. My brain literally hurts. How could you be so cold and have bitter and put my life on the line and let others too? I don't understand what on earth that Hannah question was about. Or that cheese one nor do I understand how Karl only managed to raise £10 for charity (I actually got that question wrong). You made me feel pathetic with that paper. What am I even doing. I doubt you'll see this but I feel ever so miserable after that exam. I bid you adieu.

As a hardworking, dedicated student I think the grade boundaries should be lower, I have been revising maths non-stop and to have experienced such difficult questions and not being able to answer some of the questions has de-motivated me. I would really appreciate if you are able to do something, thankyou

Why put an A-level question on a GCSE paper when half of aren't even taking it for A-level?
