When preparing for the exam we did past papers from the last 6 years. Altogether them exam papers were easier than half the questions in the 2015 non-calculator paper. If certain question are being involved at least make sure students have actually studied the topic in lessons before hand. It's ridiculous!

Even though I revised and covered every topic, when exiting the exam I was left feeling a lack of confidence. This was due to the unbearable last few questions

the grade boundaries are too high. my child was under extreme stress as the questions were very diffficult and due to her anxiety issues she is in the hospital.

The sweets question was too hard and a very small amount of people would have understood it. It should not be for GCSE

I found the exam quite difficult and the questions asked were not in the curriculum boundaries but were instead at a much harder and complicated level using skills that were not in our curriculum.

I need this, it was too hard and past papers had no revelence to this paper. I need a Good grade!! Especially as I done all this work!

Hi edexcel, I am starting on a negative to sum up the disappointment and the disregard you have shown us GCSE students. This is because there is A level maths that is not in the syllabus for GCSE standard. Also I am only 16 years of age which means I cannot be expected to learn Steven Hawkins type maths such as n2-n-90=0 at a standard of GCSE level. We do not all live on big salaries and sadly some of us live in socially deprived areas therefore, we cannot be expected to improve the quality of our lives with questions that will disprove our intelligence in a subject that most have worked very hard to achieve a good grade. Please take this into consideration as we do need better grades to improve the standard of our living and the quality of our lives
