I have been in a high set for maths for two years and have been achieving 51-54 marks on the non-calculator (i get 70 ish in calculator) and i have therefore been getting B but due to yesterday's paper i have cried for 7 hours for i will be lucky if i get 30 marks. Thank you edexcel for making my hard work in tutoring and lessons "really" worth it.

Too hard not fair shouldn't be penalised for past years mistakes
Please mark generously or lower boundaries otherwise so many of the good students will not get their college choice places

Considering maths is one of my favourite subjects, I couldn't believe my eyes on the last pages of the exam. Dreadful. And I don't want this to stop me from doing it at A level

For a GCSE maths paper, some questions were A level standard, and required a calculator. Teachers have been expressing the same view. Thank you.
