I agree it should be lowered. There were questions on the paper I done that I found really difficult and ended up getting a D, I was one mark off a C and if I don't get a C, I will have to redo it at college.

Please lower the grade boundaries- I beg you #edexcelmaths 2 days till gcse results day and I'm dying. I think it should be 120 marks for an A or 115. That would be fair, due to second half of the paper being unsolvable/difficult. I need an A to be able to take further maths in college so this is so important Thank you very much

I'm filled with dread about Thursday, I am praying that Edexcel have lowered these boundaries or else I think half the country won't have passed! So many people were in tears after the exam - it is a slap in the face to those of us who worked damn hard! Disgusting by Edexcel

I have worked ridiculously hard for every since one of my GCSEs; studying months ahead to make sure I gave myself the best possible chance. So why is it that every single exam I sat I came out feeling confident that I had done my best and the hard work had hopefully paid off, apart from maths?! 2015 papers were nothing like those of previous years; question wording ridiculous - you had to spend too much time trying to work out the topic; level of difficulty of questions - too hard; amount of questions - more than in previous years. Overall both papers were not comparable to the last 5 years' papers so students in 2015 are at a disadvantage. Edexcel had better sort this out and acknowledge their mistakes.

Both of the higher papers were an absolute farce. After working my backside off day in day out, using my own savings to pay for extra tutoring I feel like it has all been a waste of time. I am absolutely dreading results day, I've been worried sick all summer and quite frankly Edexcel are an utter disgrace - if I was as bad at my part time job as your examiners are at setting maths exams I would be sacked! You are jeopardising students' futures. LOWER THE BOUNDARIES

I think A* should be 130. The grade bounderies should indeed be lowered.

The exams were clearly harder than 2014 if the GB are not lowered this includes highest grades not just the pass level - edexcel reputation will come under disrepute. Do the right thing.

Edexcel can not afford to jeopardise their reputation when it comes to exams. But July's exam was a joke. They were clearly making the paper harder, to see if the new year 10's will be able to cope with the exam reforms... We are NOT guinea pigs, and securing at least a pass for GCSE maths is fundamental in securing an educated, safe and strong future for our young people. That exam was, and still remains a stain on the soul of our nation, and Hanna will never be forgotten.

Despite continuously revising for this exam and receiving As in mock exams consistently it was still a difficult exam. It is completely unfair!
