Maths exam was hard

please lower the grade boundary I have worked so hard on maths and still found questions extremely difficult its unfair as I would always do better in previous papers !

This was a weird paper as it didnt resemble a typical maths paper rather it contained to much algebra. Although i did ok, I still support the idea that the grade boundaries should be low due to difficulty level.

Please lower the grade boundaries, some of the questions were watch was expected on a AS level paper

I have worked my socks off for maths and doing that paper really hit me hard, I just felt the need to give up, I don't understand why the grade boundaries are so high, when the questions are challenging enough. It really isn't fair how the topics covered which are so straight forward are presented much harder in the paper, puts me down and other students.

This years maths exam was extremely weird in comparison to the past papers. The past papers had a balance of everything to do with non-calc maths, this year only had algebra and more algebra for you to face. This years past paper really needs to be have lower grade boundaries due to the random anomaly in consistent Previous maths exam questions.

For an exam that hard the grade boundaries should MOST DEFINITELY be lowered!!!

I am a further maths student, and this core 1 paper was exceptionally harder than the rest of the past papers out there. If edexcel want to increase the difficulty of the exam, fair enough, but please make sure we are well prepared.

I am not so happy with the paper. Edexel ruined my life. If possible make us redo the exam .

Much harder as the years before! Without a very low grade boundary everyone will fail.. it just isn't fair to give us a paper you cant compare with the level to the years before

This exam was extremely difficult compared to all the past papers I've looked at since 2005, therefore the exam boundaries should be lower

Need grade boundaries to be 15 marks lower at least. Predicted a B and got a U
