I am disappointed with Edexcel for providing a part that consisted of topics that were not meant to be in a GCSE maths paper. This paper was nothing like that papers over the past 6 years which I have done. I was aiming for an A and after that paper I feel that I have not achieved my goal of obtaining the A I dreamt for. I had been revising everyday for about 6 hours since last year 2014 the beginning of summer holidays and am upset that it has not helped me due to Edexcel completely changing its style for us. The grade boundaries should be lowerd to at most 110 marks for an A. I would appreciate if you had taken into consideration the students that work hard to achieve and so change the grade boundaries to 110 marks maximum for an A , Thank you , From Icknield High School
