I am signing this petition because I myself took the exam and found it to be incredibly difficult! Additionally, when I asked other students, they extremely agreed. This is potentially because the difficulty level that was included in the exam, does not match the criteria level that we are taught in mathematical lessons.

Exam questions were way to hard as they were A-Level questions which we have not learnt. I need maths for my future career and I've always been so good at it but now I'm not sure I'll even pass with the questions that have been put in!

This exam paper was too hard, it was nothing like the past exam papers. This is not 4ight you cannot make something like the exam harder because you want the lower years to see it is getting harder. What about us who are doing the paper, we are not test subjects that you can try you new exam techniques on.

Did multiple past papers and nothing came up on the exam that I revised for, very furious and now I can't get a good grade just because of edexcel while probably next year the paper will be easy which would make students more likely to pass getting better grades than us, UNFAIR

The second half of the exam was complete bullshit as my teachers told me that these type of questions will not come up and is unnecessary so should not be revised

The questions were far too hard, they was not GCSE style and how do they expect year 11's to know A level maths is radicals.
