This is for all those debating that the exam board is supposed to give us difficult questions due to it being an examination. First of all: no. Second: the questions stated were quite ridiculous even for the geniuses of this generation. To put an A-level question on a GCSE paper is beyond comprehension and many of us would actually like to pass our GCSEs. However, doing something as irrational as asking a question even a-level students find difficult is almost unforgivable. I urge the board to please lower the grade boundaries or they will find that the percentage of people passing with flying colours will definitely be lower then predicted.

I would like the grade boundaries for this exam to be lower as this exam caught all of us student by surpirse that it would be this difficult.

It's stupid to have test papers that are harder but with the same grade boundaries, y should we forfeit an a* simply because we took a exam that was harder than others and we will have disadvantages cv's as our skills and grades are not based on the knowledge we have but on how lucky we were in how difficult an exam was

Only if passing this exam paper was as easy as answering the stem and leaf question life would be great, my life depends on this exam, put the boundaries hella down

I believe the grade boundary should be lowered as the amount of work and knowledge needed for the test for some questions was at A level standards, therefore to get a fair grade the boundaries should be lowered.

Are you people retarded? The grade boundaries for exams follow a curve given by the scores of the people doing the exam (e.g. the top 10% get an A* for example).
