whoever wrote that paper needs to go back to school and redo their English GCSE. Questions were worded very badly. Took quite a while to understand what some of the questions were asking.

Because of this so called "test for the range of ability of the pupils" I lost a couple of marks, if you want to test such a thing dont make it have an impact on my future.

The question that got me was that Hannah has 6 sweets so what does n2-n+90=0 come to i got none of it, yet im a A* pupil

As it has an impact on the childrens academic future, I'm appalled that the due consideration and measures required have not been given.

This year the maths higher tier non calculator paper was shocking! Personally, I revised very hard all year to prepare myself for the maths and exam so I can achieve a grade myself and my family would be surprised at. Although, this year it was disappointing to have done this paper and realised how difficult it was and how unfair edexcel were being this year. Therefore, I erge that edexcel lower the grade boundaries this year to give people a chance to achieve their target grade.

The paper was really hard I felt I only fully understood half of it as well it was badly worded. My sister does a-level math and thought one of the questions were hard.
