I personally found particular questions quite hard and hard to do.feel as this year will not achieve the best they could so boundaries should be lowered to make it fair.

The exam paper was really hard. It was much harder then 2015 and 2014 and the grade boundaries should be dropped.

I have to agree, the first paper was worded very poorly, I had no clue what some of the questions were asking me and I had to make educated guesses throughout the last section of the paper. After totaling my score I only got about 70% and on the second paper I've calculated that I got about 86%, if this equals out, and the current grade boundaries aren't lowered, myself and I believe hundreds if not thousands of students would be missing out on only a few marks which could achieve them an A*. As someone who has been extremely good at maths in not such a good maths class, I did much better than an awful lot of people in my class (and my school), and they all found the first paper extremely difficult. Edexcel, please take into consideration the number of students who found the paper difficult, and I can promise you now this petition is only a small percentage of the students who actually struggled on this paper.

Please lower the grade boundaries to ensure that everybody passes the exam with a decent grade. We are the last cohort sitting this specification and would love to leave with good grades.
