Well the biology grade boundaries should definitely be lowered because the test hardly contained biology it was more about interpreting graphs!

Honestly this was the first GCSE exam i've ever done and it's completely knocked my confidence. I thought I knew what I was doing and I felt very prepared but NOPE. Now i'm petrified about chemistry

I wish that they make the grade boundaries lower because the test was not really a biology paper it seemed like a satistics paper- interpreting graphs!!

Its disgraceful. I worked so hard,revising,testing,past papers,and I knew a lot about unit 1. The majority of the paper had nothing to do with what we have revised,or been taught. Its really knocked my confidence for future exams now thanks AQA

There was hardly any actual biology in this test, there was far too much maths involved and also too many 'suggest' questions.

It's disappointing that we students spend the majority of our time revising we go in ready for the test. Just to have the test ask unrelatable questions we can only attempt to ask and hope for the best. Tests shouldn't be like this. I hope for the next year aqa are more considerate with what they ask

It's not fair on the upcoming years and i feel as though the higher the grade boundaries, the more people become stressed and tend to forget what they've learnt and many may fail

I am willing to put forward my petition for the AqA to lower grade boundaries as over the years work has been hard on us and on top of that the grade boundaries are not pushing us, they are making us lower than our actual grade which makes even the smartest people's self esteem low. This isn't fair on us all and I am hoping there is something done about this.

I left the exam hall and my self esteem was so low as I revised the entire B1 over the course of many months and I knew practically every detail but it turns out that most of what I revised wasn't even in the test and I was so upset!
