Why is that the American Government allows the insanely high prices of college and university tuition rates? In England, college and university education tuition rates are very affordable compared to the many thousands of dollars required to fund a better eduction here in America. I think the American government wants a vast majority of its citizens to remain ignorant and unintelligent.
