We need a urgent solution to Traffic issues in an around Lower Parel where it takes over 1 H just to go from East to West or West to East.

I believe traffic can improve if police officers and BMC officials are asked to drive themselves and not use the drivers.They will get many practical ideas.
Very bad traffic jam needs lot of improvement.
