When is the bridge expected to be complete..is expedited work happening?

I take more than 1 hour to reach home everyday even though I stay just 10minutes away. Please find a quick and permanent solution to the lower parel traffic problems one cannot take this anymore.

I suffer everyday and have been wondering if the authorities have gone to sleep or simply don’t care. This needs to be turned into a legal case against the erring institutions for creating such a mess out of everything.

Sir make all roads as one way and inform residents to clear the parking before 7 am to 11 am. Also heavy vehicle shouldn’t be allowed during 6 am to 11 am and evening 5 to 9 pm. Alreast if we do this we can try manage LP situation.

I work in lower parel and stay in Prabhadevi. the traffic situation is horrible

Do urgently make few bridges east west parel lower parel save fuel, time of people . Dont wait tragedy t happen. Wake up sleeping bureaucrats, Bmc official. Ciry need many small bridges urgently.

We need traffic decongestion, we need better traffic management, squatters, shops and all illegal encroachments to be removed from pavements

The traffic situation is just pathetic and with upcoming Ganpati celebrations it will only worsen. There has to be some mechanism to resolve this impending issue

I am resident of Saath Rasta. We are badly affected by the traffic at Saath Rasta circle. Please take necessary steps to enable smooth movement of traffic. There are many tempos parked illegally on K.K.Marg which hampers the movement of traffic. Please take necessary action against these goods vehicles

Please seriously address the traffic issue in war footing. Life in Mumbai has become like a jail due to traffic.

It’s not only the festival time that we need to find a solution for. Even without the festivals, it takes an hour every evening and minimum 20 minutes otherwise to clear the Elphinstone Road signal. This situation cannot be allowed to go on for the next 3 (5?) years till the bridge is done. If the army needs to be called-in to fix the bridge, then so be it. This torture cannot be endured for years on end.

Repairing of road is genuine requirements. This activity has to be conducted over period of time but how to control traffic. This is the big issue. We can change office timings or school timing. Diversion of traffic. Some road can be one way. Now ganpati festival is on. So Will be horrible situation during this time. So required police staff on road to manage traffic. They should stand on the centre of road and not any corner. Make all municipal corporation also responsible to take vise action. If we monitor and manage we can do wonderful job. Pl check the example of traffic management of khandala Lonavala police during monsoon season last two years. They are doing wonderful job. Mumbai team can also do it. Thanks
