XXX Lower grade boundaries for CHEMISTRY UNIT 4 2016

Ridiculous exam that has probably ruined very hard working students future prospects. Hopefully you'll do the right thing, but knowing those in charge and their superior attitudes nothing will be done.

Paper felt far longer than it ever has been, and so when I turned to the final 9-marker with hardly any time left... It was cruel.

I cant even begin to explain how I feel.

that was clearly an unfair paper, grade boundaries need to be lowered right down.

An A grade should be at least 70 marks

I didn't get much of a chance to attempt the last 9 mark question. Timing on the paper was so off.

And 74 for an A!

I put so much effort in revising all year, previous past papers were childs play compared to this!!! Grade boundaries better be like 83 for an A* or less!

Absolutely ridiculous paper!

I worked so hard for this exam and my parents paid £30 a week for a tutor. My confidence grew throughout the year to the point of being very confident for this exam to bring up my grades after poor AS results. I actually had a break down in front of my parents after this paper as I felt I had let them down. My confidence is now rock bottom for my next few exams so this needs sorted NOW.

I want to go to vet school and this paper might change everything for me

Absolute disgrace of a paper

As a teacher I've worked hard all year in preparing students for this exam and what a horrible paper. I feel sorry for all the students who will have spent so long and worked so hard for this exam for what may end up being no reward if the grade boundaries aren't significantly lower (like 20 marks) than previous years.
