It is vital that there is a reduction in the grade boundaries as the current level is far from realistic.

This paper was completely different to every other paper within this specification. There was also not enough time and the questions were too complex

Completely agree. Had previous papers prepared us for application questions, it would not have been as big an issue. However, this year's exam had a completely different layout, structure and question type, throwing many off and meaning we could also not distribute our time efficiently to each question as we didn't know what to expect. For these reasons, boundaries should be significantly lowered.

That was not a true representation of a Chem 4 paper, it was much harder and I hope the grade boundaries will be adjusted accordingly.
82 for an a*.

The exam was nothing like the past papers of previous years and the wording of the questions made it unfair for everyone sitting it as a result.

Way too hard especially for the time allowed, even with a good solid few months of revision I found this too difficult

Really upset because of this paper. I was getting A*s in past papers, and I wonder if I even managed to get an A in this paper :( So difficult! I worked so hard

words cannot describe how appalling this paper was!
Over this past month alone I'd done every past paper twice and hadn't got less than a B. So ridiculous! Absolute waste of time spending months revising till all hours of the morning for that.

We needed more time as the questions were more competitive and needed more time to read.
Also, AQA seems to be ruining our lives for the past 1 to 2 years.
