Not even on the same scale as any of the previous past papers. Totally unfair on many of us who learned everything for chem4 and did all the past papers. It was unrealistically hard.

The first question about the appartus WE DIDNT EVEN LEARN ABOUT IT. ITS NOT IN YOUR ADDITIONAL CHEMISTRY AQA BOOKS EITHER.

The words were worded out of context and I thought everything I have learnt thought out my year and with past papers did not refer to this paper at all, very disappointed

The topics were in the wrong order which put everyone off and equilibria, full mechanisms and buffers did not come up. Also, most of us were short for time due to the confusing suggest questions and there was a difficult 9 marker on NMR right at the end.

paper was very confusing did not follow past trends and was worded very wrong. The idea of a test is to test knowledge not, choose the hardest qs in order to answer those qs.

Ridiculous - absurd fractions for the orders of reaction question (very difficult to spot that you should round them) and functional groups we haven't learnt about (acetals). People were almost crying.

I have very severe mental health difficulties, so even getting in to that room to do the exam was a massive struggle, and then to be faced with an unfair and poorly written paper like that has infinitely multiplied my anxieties. Thanks AQA, for wasting a year of my life and destroying my university and career prospects.

My sister tried very hard for this exam- her university place depends on it; AQA can't just let so many people down like that.

My daughter has worked extremely hard for this exam and is now totally unsure of the outcome. With another week of exams it's not good for the students
