Impossible exam!! Couldn't do any questions and was at q9 in 15 mins.... Was still on q9 1.5hours later with zero answer!

AQA gave us no way of properly preparing for that given that we only had 10 years worth of consistent papers to then be given an anomalous paper!!

Unbelievable. I did every past paper up until 2009 and that paper threw me off, I was way to slow because of how many times I had re-read the vaguely written questions.

This paper was an unfair assessment of ones ability to do chemistry. It was simply not possible to complete the paper in the time given to a high standard. The paper was also of a completely different style to what is normal.

Stop this right now, kids are getting extremely stressed and distressed which is leading to depression. Kids are also getting extremely upset thinking that they will fail to get into university.

Very difficult exam, nothing on the syllabus, past papers nothing like the real exam. Didn't have enough time. Too many 1-2 mark questions that took up to 15 minutes for just one answer. Also didn't know ethanoic acid was a base???

What annoyed me the most was that each 1 marker took more than 2-3 minutes to complete. "Mark a minute" nonsense!
