I strongly support DUSC. They offer wonderful programs that in still important values...good sportsmanship, respect, honesty, perseverance, and more; values that we as parents expect of our children and our community. Please help them obtain the necessary permits to continue to operate these wonderful programs. They are without a doubt one of my favorite organizations!

Participating in sports is one thing. Learning the value of sportsmanship is another; as is giving back to one's community. Downton United has spent decades developing athletes with character and integrity. The club welcomes the opportunity to expand our reach and value system throughout the city. With a few new fields we'll be able to spread this message to many more children, young men and women.

My son is playing soccer with DUSc for 8 years and Pier 40 is an important sport facility for Downtown Manhattan and it is vital for the community to use the fields at Pier 40.
