My name is Alice Vaynblat, a senior at Rush Arts, and for my senior project I am creating a proposal to send to Harrisburg to lower college tuition for Pennsylvania undergraduate residents planning to attend in-state public universities. My goal is to create a proposal that will change and reduce the current costs for college tuition in order to make college more affordable for everyone. In my proposal I want to combine all of the public universities and colleges in Pennsylvania under one tuition policy so that cost won't be a deciding factor for which college to go to.
