Please sign my petition to send to congress regarding the prices of daycare. I would like congress to put a cap on how much a licensed provider in a facility can charge based on number of children,age and household income. Currently there is no cap. Also I would like for congress to evaluate the state assistance program and change the income guidelines to net pay vs gross pay, and also to take into consideration the household exspenses.
