Dear Governor Brown, We residents of the Coastal Zone in Northern California firmly support the appointment of Mark Lovelace as North Coast Regional Representative to the California Coastal Commission. Supervisor Lovelace recognizes the need for economic growth in our region. He also knows it can be accomplished in a manner compatible with the Coastal Act to protect our precious coastal ecosystem. His appointment to the Coastal Commission would benefit our coastal communities and the state as a whole. Our region of the North Coast deserves representation on this important state agency. We urge you to appoint Mark Lovelace to the California Coastal Commission.
