I am more than just a number on a scale. I pledge to focus on my inner beauty, and the inner beauty of others. I pledge not to tear myself or others down about personal appearances. I will be aware of eating disorder symptoms, and be open to help those who may need it. I pledge to love my body and to do my best to help others love theirs too.
