WE ARE NEVADANS. WE
WANT THE RIGHT TO CONTINUE TO USE HYPNOTHERAPY SERVICES FROM HYPNOTHERAPY
PROVIDERS WHO PRACTICE IN THIS STATE. THEIR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON THE OPEN MARKET AND THEY HAVE MANY
SATISFIED CLIENTS. THERE IS NO EVIDENCE
THAT THEIR SERVICES CAUSE RISK TO PUBLIC HEALTH AND SAFETY.
WE ASK FOR AN IMMEDIATE WITHDRAWAL OF THE CEASE AND DESIST ORDERS THAT HAVE BEEN SENT TO HYPNOTHERAPISTS IN THE STATE AND AN AMENDMENT TO THE LEGISLATION TO MAKE IT CLEAR THAT HYPNOTHERAPISTS CAN LEGALLY OFFER SERVICES IN NEVADA AS THEY HAVE FOR MANY YEARS.

I am honestly overwhelmed by how many of you have stepped up to support these practitioners. This momentum belongs entirely to you because I never imagined this could grow this fast.

Please just let them practice. It really helps.
The government needs to stay out of our healthcare choices. Hypnosis works and should be legal.
Total overreach. These practitioners have helped so many of us in Nevada. Total nonesense to stop them now.
Hypnotherapy helped me so much with my anxiety. Leave these people alone already.
My therapist is excellent and has been doing this for years without any problems. Stop the cease and desist orders.
Please make hypnosis possible in Nevada
