A total restructure of Residential Support Tutors has been proposed to the University Senior management team with no consultation or discussion held with students or staff members that will be affected. The proposals presented risk serious damage to the residential experience each student receives, and will remove a level of vital support that is not available anywhere else in the area. We, the undersigned, request Noel Lloyd the Vice Chancellor of Aberystwyth University to stop proposals to restructure the Residential Support Service, and take the issue to a wider consultation with students and members of residential student support:
